The St. Louis Academy is located in West St. Louis County, not far from the St. Louis International Airport and easily accessible by several highways. The Academy at Craigshire Plaza is adjacent to the St. Louis headquarters of Carlson Wagonlit Travel. The building is handicapped accessible and there is plenty of free parking available. Carlson Travel Academy has been training travel professionals longer than any other school in the St. Louis area.

Veterans Educational Benefits - The St. Louis Travel Academy is approved for Veterans Educational Benefits. The following applies only to Veterans or persons eligible under Veterans assistance.
Attendance Policy - VA and eligible students must maintain an attendance average of 92%. Failure to do so will result in termination. Mitigating circumstances will be reviewed for further consideration.

Conduct Policy - Students will face probationary action for the following behaviors: Academic dishonesty, fighting, disruptive or abusive behavior, disrespect to faculty, staff or students. Repeat offenses will result in termination. Also, students under the influence of alcohol or illegal/non-prescribed drugs will be terminated.
Refunds - A refund of the unused portion of tuition, fees and other charges will be made, as required by Veterans Administration Regulations, to veterans or eligible persons who fail to enter or fail to complete the course. The refund will be within 10% of an exact pro rata refund. No more than $10.00 of the established enrollment fee will be retained if a veteran or eligible person fails to enter the course.
Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA). A student who receives funding from the JTPA will have no more than $50.00 of the established enrollment fee retained if the enrolled student does not start the program.
